Anesu earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics in 2019 and began his career in financial services in 2020 when he joined Carrick in Zimbabwe. In January 2025, he transitioned to the Catalyst team, where he continues to advise clients on building sustainable, long-term financial strategies.
As part of a new generation of financial professionals, Anesu combines a strong foundation in economics with a forward-looking approach to technology and innovation in finance. He is passionate about using digital tools to improve client outcomes while maintaining a deeply personal, planning-led approach to wealth management.
Anesu’s interest in financial planning is shaped by personal experience. Raised in Zimbabwe during a time of national prosperity, he developed strong saving habits from an early age. But the economic collapse in 2007 exposed him to the impact of financial instability, an experience that left a lasting impression. At just 12 years old, a conversation with his mother about money sparked a clear sense of purpose: to help families secure their futures and protect the next generation from financial uncertainty. That early conviction has shaped his career. Known for his resilience and thoughtful approach, Anesu is committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
With a career that spans three countries and a client base across Africa, Yamikani brings a broad, cross-border perspective to wealth management. Yamikani joined Carrick in 2024 and is now based in Mauritius, advising a wide range of individuals and families with a clear goal in mind: to help clients build long-term wealth and create financial stability for themselves and future generations.
Practical, personable, and deeply committed to his clients’ success, Yamikani is passionate about delivering financial strategies that drive real-world results and helping people move from uncertainty to financial confidence through well-informed, personalised planning.
Craig joined the Catalyst team in 2024, building on a financial services career that began in 2015 following the completion of his degree in Business Administration (Finance) (Hons). His career spans roles in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Mauritius, where he has gained broad experience in the finance industry and in particular private wealth management.
Starting out in microfinance, Craig developed a strong foundation in helping individuals take control of their financial futures. His move into wealth management marked a natural progression, enabling him to have deeper, more strategic conversations with clients about their long-term goals. Today, he focuses on delivering clear, customised financial solutions that provide for the growth, preservation, and transition of wealth across generations. His professional approach is grounded, thoughtful, and client-focused; Craig is particularly skilled at building strong relationships and simplifying complex decisions in a way that empowers his clients.
While his career has taken him across borders, Craig’s values were shaped early on by two strong influences: his grandmother, who managed the family farm with resilience and drive, and his mother, who nurtured his love of learning. Their influence instilled in him a belief in the power of hard work, education, and staying true to one’s roots, principles that continue to guide his work with clients today.
Since joining Carrick in 2019, Angela has progressed into the role of Private Wealth Manager, drawing on a strong foundation built during her earlier career in the UK, where she led and developed high-performing client engagement teams across a range of industries. Now based in Mauritius, she holds a Level 3 CISI Certificate and specialises in offshore wealth management, asset protection, and long-term financial planning.
An expat from Liverpool, Angela works with clients across Africa and beyond, offering tailored advice that helps individuals and families navigate the complexities of international financial planning. She is known for her strategic thinking, deep empathy, and practical approach, guiding clients to make confident, informed decisions that align with their long-term goals.
Her commitment to integrity and value-led service was established early in her career, where she made it a personal rule to work only with organisations that upheld her standards and delivered genuine value. That principle continues to shape the way she works with clients today: with care, transparency, and a focus on meaningful outcomes.
