Bradley Sickle

Bradley brings extensive experience in financial management and strategic business leadership to his role as Financial Director. Since joining Carrick in 2024, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and overseeing operations to support its mission of providing high-quality wealth management services. Prior to his current role, he held senior finance positions across multiple industries. Bradley served as Business Consultant in the wine sector at Berins Consulting Services, focusing on strategic planning and financial management and was Chief Financial Officer at Vinimark – The Wine Company, where he led business strategy and financial planning. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at The Foschini Group as Head of Finance for key divisions, and at Consol Glass as Finance Manager, gaining experience in divisional financial performance and reporting. He began his career in internal audit at British American Tobacco South Africa, building a strong foundation in governance and financial oversight. Bradley holds an Honours Degree in Finance from the University of South Africa. His diverse experience, spanning consulting, corporate finance, and industry leadership, equips him with the expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Carrick Group, ensuring the company delivers sustained value to its clients.
