The Carrick Catalyst Client Referral Incentive (“the Incentive”) is promoted by Carrick Catalyst (“Carrick Catalyst”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an authorised financial services provider.
- Incentive Overview
The Incentive rewards eligible Carrick Catalyst clients who refer prospective clients to Carrick Catalyst during the Incentive period.
Participants who submit valid referrals in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive entries into a lucky draw for the advertised prize.
- Incentive Period
The Incentive closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026 (“the Closing Date”).
No referrals submitted after the Closing Date will qualify for entry into the draw.
- Eligibility
The Incentive is open to:
- existing Carrick Catalyst clients who are 18 years or older; and
- residents of any jurisdiction where participation is lawful.
The following persons are not eligible to participate:
- employees, directors, contractors, and representatives of the Carrick Group, Carrick Catalyst and affiliated entities;
- immediate family members or household members of the above; and
- any person directly involved in the administration of the Incentive.
- How to Enter
To qualify for the Incentive, participants must provide Carrick Catalyst with the valid contact details of individuals who may benefit from Carrick Catalyst’s wealth advisory services.
A valid referral must include:
- the referred person’s full name;
- contact telephone number; and/or
- email address.
Each set of three (3) valid referrals submitted during the Incentive period will earn the participant one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
For example:
- 3 valid referrals = 1 entry
- 6 valid referrals = 2 entries
- 9 valid referrals = 3 entries
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn, provided all referrals are valid and submitted before the Closing Date.
Carrick Catalyst reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and may reject any referral that:
- contains incomplete, false, fraudulent, or duplicate information;
- relates to a person already known to Carrick Catalyst; or
- does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Prize
One qualifying participant will be selected by random draw to receive the advertised Incentive prize (“the Prize”).
The nature and details of the Prize will be communicated separately by Carrick Catalyst.
Unless otherwise stated:
- the Prize is non-transferable;
- the Prize may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative; and
- the Prize is subject to availability and any supplier terms and conditions.
Carrick Catalyst reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
- Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw after the Closing Date.
The finalists draw will take place on or about 1 July 2026, with 10 eligible entrants being drawn. The final draw will take place on 3 July 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by Carrick Catalyst.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Carrick Catalyst reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The decision of Carrick Catalyst in relation to the Incentive and the awarding of the Prize is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Publicity
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Incentive.
Any use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, or photographs will be subject to the winner’s prior written consent.
- Personal Information
By participating in the Incentive, participants consent to Carrick Catalyst collecting and processing personal information for purposes including:
- administering the Incentive;
- verifying eligibility;
- contacting participants and the winner; and
- communicating information regarding Carrick Catalyst services and events.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- General
Carrick Catalyst reserves the right to:
- disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or acts fraudulently;
- amend, suspend, or cancel the Incentive where reasonably necessary; and
- verify participant eligibility and referral validity at any time.
Carrick Catalyst shall not be liable for:
- technical failures or delays affecting participation;
- lost or incomplete submissions;
- any interruption, cancellation, or modification of the Incentive due to events beyond its reasonable control; or
- any loss or damage arising from participation in the Incentive or acceptance of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Incentive shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Mauritius.
- Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Incentive constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
